First Industrial Realty Trust seeks to amend Wilson County’s Land Use Plan and rezone over 70 acres of rural residential land from low-density residential to medium-high intensity commercial (C-4 Planned Commercial). The proposal includes three large warehouses, parking for more than 1,250 vehicles—including nearly 500 tractor trailers — located near homes along Couchville Pike, Underwood Road, and Lone Oak Road.
